" I purchased this as for a give-a-way and it was missing the CD Key, which is required for installation. I sent several emails via various means and received no response at all, except for an auto responder. They advertise software is sold "as is", but when they also represent that the "item works great" implies it is functional. Without the CD key, it is not installable, therefore not functional. I would rather have received a positive response, instead when I do not, and I wait 9 days to post a negative feedback on eBay, they automatically say I did not read the auction and leave a negative for me when we could have resolved this and removed the negative.
I do not recommend this vendor simply due to the near impossibility of contacting or receiving response from them for a purchase. "
