"This really isn't completely against the company, but they sent me an ipod that I ordered which FedEx delivered to the wrong address. I had to call FedEx and start the claim. Nobody from the company cared that the product had not reached me. I finally call FedEx back after 5 months of waiting and they tell me that they refunded the money to the shipper back in October. This is ridiculous because they got the money back but never gave it back to me or sent me a replacement iPod. I have been contacting them for a week with NO RESPONSE about my refund.
