"I never received a confirmation email, and apparently all the login/accounts were wiped so I can't login to the website to request an RMA. There is no phone number or address listed for the company.
I emailed them a week ago with no response.
We ordered a product that was supposedly new, but it was an open-box defective item. The packaging even has scribbles over the back of it.
The company isn't responding to emails, and there is no other way to reach them.
Claiming that an item is new and shipping a defective, opened item is nothing short of fraud. And several other people have had the same problem. How do these guys have such a high rating? I intend to file complaints on every site I can find before others are burned the way I was."

"MISLEADING, FRAUDULANT, CAN,T CONTACT VIA PHONE. BUYER BEWARE! I was searching for a GPS system for my vehicle when I came across the consumerdepot.com site and found a what I thought was a great deal on a LOWRANCE Automotive iWAY 500C GPS. There was nothing in the ad that stated the item was in LIKE NEW condition. When I received the item I opened the box and I could tell the item had been previously used. I immediately contacted Consumerdepot.com for a RMA # and sent the item back the next day. When I finally got my refund which took 3 weeks, they deducted a 20% restocking fee and when I contacted them via email I was told the ad stated LIKE NEW. I went to the site and they now revised the ad to state like new condition and lowered the price by $10.00. I have been emailing back and forth trying to get the rest of my money and they inform me I received my refund and the case is closed. Obviously this is how they make extra money by defrauding the online consumer. I will never buy anything from this store again and I plan on telling as many people as I can.

IF THEY WERE THAT LEGITIMATE THAN WHY ARE THEY UNDER INVESTIGAGTION BY THE STATE OF TENESSEE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND WHY ARE THEY OTHER BAD REVIEWS. BOTTOMLINE THEY ARE FRAUDULANT AND THEY SCREW INNOCENT PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY. IS THAT THE WAY A REPUTIBLE STORE OPERATES!!!! CONSUMERS SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE AS THEY HAVE ALREADY MADE LOTS OF MONEY BY RIPPING US OFF AND RESELLING OUR ITEMS AGAIN FOR A PROFIT. AND WHY DO YOU STATE IN A RESPONSE FROM YOU ON ANOTHER DISSATIFIED CUSTOMER THAT IF THE CUSTOMER IS UNHAPPY WITH THEIR PURCHASE YOU OFFER A FULL REFUND? WELL I AM UNHAPPY WHERE IS MY FULL REFUND?"
