"Company will not issue RMA for defective merchandise. They are criminals, plain and simple. I wish I had researched more before losing my money.

First, item was not new, it had clearly been opened previously. Probably a customer return, which I expected. The auction indicated it would be in that condition. No complaints about that.
I clicked the RMA button 6 days after receiving merchandise. The ebay auction conditions clearly stated I had 7 days. Automated system said I was too late. I emailed (also within 7 days of receipt) to try to get this corrected, but got a rejection (might have been automatic) stating that no "exceptions" could be granted.
Funny he responds here, but won't respond to my request directly. Response said he is too busy to handle exceptions. ConsumerDepot, if you are willing to correct this situation, please email me through ebay. This seems to be my only avenue to reach you. Your email system ran me in circles the last time I tried that. I'm willing to be proven wrong. Please do so.
Final followup: Well, it has been 10 days since my offer to be proven wrong. Shock of shocks, I have not been contacted and definitely not received an RMA. I stick by my original statement, the guy is a crook."

"Ordered a mouse that was described by them on their site as brand new "factory fresh." I made sure not to order the same mouse, but refurbished, that they were selling for several dollars less. They shipped me the wrong mouse, the refurbished version, and charged me the price for new. Even though it was their fault for shipping me the wrong item, they told me I was responsible for paying return shipping AND they refused to refund the original shipping, The only thing they would refund is the cost of the mouse itself.
