"I found it a little confusing to order. It gave a reorder, but I wanted to order using a new prescription. I was thinking reorder was to order something you already had. Since there were no other options, I hit the reorder and was able to enter my new prescription. Also, I had edited and uploaded my new prescription first thing. When I went to order, they had a box to upload it. I feel it should have said I already did it or not offer the option. When I went through the process to uploaded it again, then it said it was already submitted."
