Updated 8/16/2024: Upon review of your order, it shows you ordered a brand that was not listed on your prescription. Contact lenses are a medical device and we can only fill for what you have been fitted and prescribed for. Our records show, when you called in out team explained the discrepancy and you gave permission to change the order to match. Unfortunately, your credit card was declined by your bank for multiple reasons and on 7/24 you emailed customer service asking to cancel the order, which has been done. When an order is placed the card is only authorized to make sure the funds are available. We only charge the card once we ship out your product, which we did not do since your credit card was declining. Therefor, the authorization on your card was released back to you by your bank once your order was cancelled. ”
