"Terrible first experience, I ordered contacts on 2/26 and I have not received them as of 3/4. They were not in stock and Although I paid extra for expedited shipping I was going to have to wait. I complained about this to your customer service rep Laura but received no response. I asked her to make this bad situation better by having the contacts sent overnight when they were available. I guess you don't you don't want return business."
"I placed 3 orders on Feb. 13. None has arrived. I clicked on the Tracking Status tab online, and it says "shipping labels" were prepared on Feb. 13, but that USPS is "awaiting receipt" of the lenses. No word from 1st Contact! We are leaving in a week for extended travel. This is my second experience with 1st Contact and I have convince another family member to use them. My initial experience went well but this current experience is very disappointing. No customer service help available on the weekend. Life must be good."

"I'm a first time buyer. I ordered my contacts at 4:10 on a Friday and paid the $20 for next day shipping. As soon as the order was confirmed they sent me an email to inform me that they don't process any next day orders after 3:00 on friday and they'll probably process it on Monday. Therefore I'll probably receive them on Tuesday or Wednesday. So next day shipping takes 4-5 days. It's basic math!"
