"I am in the same boat as the last four people. They double charged me for a BioBidet 1000. When I realized that on my statement, I emailed them and they replied saying that they would credit me back the extra charge. More than 3 months have gone by, no credit, no replies, not able to get through. I agree with Peter Scott that "they are going out of business and just taking whatever they can. Avoid at all costs."
It's so sad because I like their products and were willing to recommend to friends and family."

"They took a full ten days to ship out this order without notifying me of any backorder situation. I CONSTANTLY called them trying to get an update, but they refuse to answer the phone. I would discourage anyone else from ordering from these guys, unless customer service isn't important to you at all. No matter what time of day you call, they won't answer the phone.
Ten days to send it out; another seven to arrive in the mail, all the while never picking up the phone."
