"They took a full ten days to ship out this order without notifying me of any backorder situation. I CONSTANTLY called them trying to get an update, but they refuse to answer the phone. I would discourage anyone else from ordering from these guys, unless customer service isn't important to you at all. No matter what time of day you call, they won't answer the phone.
Ten days to send it out; another seven to arrive in the mail, all the while never picking up the phone."
