"I ordered a $140 custom controller. Three weeks to ship, came with unresponsive d-pad, smudge on the back and difficult to press options button. Sent it in for repair under warranty and it took an entire month to get it returned back to me. After the repairs, the right back trigger sometimes goes off on its own and after a few months of play, there is very apparent left control stick drift."

"I ordered and had a rapid fire xbox controller sent to me in November. It drifted and also was having problems pairing with the xbox and was not charging when you connected the xbox through the external connector on the back of the controller. I called them and had it sent back. It came back about a month later and it was still as bad if not worse!! Now it took multiple times to pair it and would disconnect right away and was drifting even worse and the charging connection still was not working. I called right away and they reluctantly took the controller back. It then sat there for over a month and I called in a few times and got some excuses. I did have a tracked copy of when it got there from dhl and then they tried to tell me it sat in quarantine for 2 WEEKS. Then when I just called in the guy on the phone was super rude to me and would not let me speak and kept cutting me off on the phone and then when I told him that I would tell my credit card company to give me the money back for my order and that he should let the paying client get a word in on the phone call me said hung up on me!! NEVER ORDER ANY PRODUCTS FROM THESE GUYS."
"Buyers beware. Son received his controller broken. Used their prepaid shipping label to return the product but was charged $93.60 to pick it up at local post office. this charge was a Government charge that gets added on to products when shipped through Canada post, but we didn't return it through Canada post so why would it be ship back that way? Cheaper for the company maybe, but not for the customer.
Instead of just admitting the company made a mistake and try and make things right they choose to blame shipping company, Canada Government , saying there policies are in place to not pay shipping costs because they have Kids that throw their remotes in pizza's and expect it to be paid for ??? No joke. The customer service team was completely unprofessional. warn everyone not to buy from them I know I will be."

"I had my nephew spend HOURS making his controller "just right" for his xmas gift. It has a smooth texture, kinda like the original ones and no problems so far. I am thinking about getting one for myself now after seeing how well his turned out."
"Got an overwatch controller for my boyfriend. He loves it. The quality is great. Made an error inputting my delivery address. Customer service responded quickly and smoothed out the issue. It took a little longer than I thought to get the controller but it was well worth the extra time. The detail is beautiful. The paint is very nice. 10/10"
