"I really wanted to like this place, I really did. They offer little graphics to put on the handles and the back of these controllers, including Transformers logos, Zelda logos, Star wars logos, but they don't offer a Pokeball logo. But if you want your entire controller to look like a Pokeball, they DO offer that. I requested for a Pokeball logo (as well as Samus logo) for my Nintendo Switch Pro controller (because you know, Nintendo), and they want to charge $50 for a Pokeball logo, and another $50 for a Samus logo, because these would be "custom" customizations.
They have a SHOCKER logo. Weed logo. Absurd random logos that they will sell you for $30. Pokeball? For a NINTENDO controller? That is extra because that is something, according to their customer service, "no one has ever asked for."

"You're the first person I've seen that's asked for one. Regardless of the situation, that work would still be being done by your request, and we'd still need to assess the charge to do so."
So basically once I pay them to do the work once, they will probably add it to their catalog and sell it to everyone else at almost half the price. They expect me to pay for their initial work so they can then mass produce the thing.

"They were nice to email back and forth but with regarding repairs on a controller the was hardly ever used even after showing videos of the issue. I am not paying for something that should still be cover under warranty, specially if there are no cosmetics signs of damage. All internal issues. "
"My controller came with a lose Left Bumper, and upon calling the company and I quote they said, “I have never heard of that problem.” Really... I spent $264 on a product from your company and that’s the support I was given. I decided to say to hell with them and fixed it myself. However, it’s been awhile since all this has happened and the mods don’t work anymore to the controller. They were working fine just before I got off earlier, now they can’t be activated. I had a rapid fire mod on playing zombies and using Assault riffles on BO4. Didn’t know I risked the potential of wasting all my money for a broken controller because eventually the mods stopped working or someone stopped them from working. I don’t know, but my experience has been awful. Over 24 hours of work pay I used to purchase this about a year ago and it honestly felt like a scam. Oh, and my order was apparently mixed up and I didn’t even get the right paint job I had wanted. I had to pay even more if I wanted it than before. Thanks... "
"I made my order on the 14th of March. Approximately 20 days later, I contacted the customer service and they told me that my order would not be sent until the end of April (15 more days). The website FAQs says that it takes 4-10 business days for the order to arrive, yet the website knew that they did not have the items needed to make my order since I made it (14th of March), and they chose to wait for their item shipment to arrive WHICH they knew would take 20 days from the day I made my request AND they chose not to let me know it would take longer than 10 days, so that I, their "precious" customer can decide for myself. After their shipment arrived, the item they needed for my order was not available, which meant more waiting. When contacting Customer Service, they would not provide me with accurate answers even though I keep on asking them on the situation, since they are my only source of information about my request. They kept on dodging my questions and kept on asking me if I wanted to wait or I wanted a refund, disregarding my outrage on the situation (them taking 20 days just to tell me, my order will be further delayed). I was upset of how uncaring the customer service was. They knew it would take them 20 days to get the item needed to make my request but chose not to tell me, and when I contacted them I was told further delay will happen. I wanted to know why they wouldn't have asked me the minute they knew it would take more time, but they said it was "a reasonable delay". The last customer service representative in contact with me was named Shelby. She took it upon herself to decide for me and made a cancellation for my order after denying that they made any mistakes and avoided some of my questions. I told her that she was one of the bad experiences I ever had, and she replied to me by saying that the delay was "reasonable" and that she made the decision to contact me, since the company would have not... Which means I could have waited more if I haven't contacted them. She also called herself "Customer's Ambassador" which I really hope a real one wouldn't be like her. Due to the negligence of this company, I have nothing to gift my dear friend for his going away party, and he will be gone for a really really long time. would not wish on my enemies to use this website services."
"Well I made a custom controller which I loved the look, but the A button was bring up the Xbox menu on the left side of the screen. I told them about the problem and I had to send it back, but had to pay shipping to send it back. Well 2 weeks later I finally received my controller. It worked fine for 2 days then my Xbox menu button stopped working! Very poor on the technical side. Not happy having to pay 160 for a controller that doesn’t even work. "
"Controller was broken out of the box. Instead of shipping a new one, I am being told to return the broken one for repairs. It's not fair to punish my kid because someone was too lazy to test the controller before shipping it. You should replace it now and fix the broken one on your time. Last time I make a purchase from here - they are not the only game in this business. You think they would at the least throw in a free mod for the inconvenience of boxing up and return a controller that never worked - nope, I was told they won't do that either."
"Waited 3 weeks for controller to ship out and when I finally received it the D pad had issues,
I contacted them and they had me mail it back and held onto it for 2 weeks to “fix the issue” only to get it back and the EXACT same issue is happening so they want it back for another 2 weeks to fix it. This controller has been with them more then its been with me. At this point I just want my money back but they told me they HAVE TO charge me re-stocking fee for a broken controller. Would never buy here again.
