I only have one complaint about Cook's Direct;
there is no way to track the order, and no shipping information is either sent to, or made available, to the customer leaving you wondering if your order is being processed or shipped.

"Rating Cook's Direct is not a difficult task. I was looking for a special, heavy duty cleaner for which I'd looked in all the usual places, and retail stores, to no avail. The search block allowed me to put in the exact name and going right to item; by the way, it's Carbon Off and it's terrific in taking off those hard to release crusted on stains on your pots and pans.The only thing I didn't like was the mailing fee which was 2/3 the cost of the item. "Cooks Direct has very competitive pricing on John Boos products. They do not offer many of the options and customizations that other John Boos dealers offer, but for what they have it is a good deal. Since the product is custom built and shipped by the manufacturer, I won't have it for about a month.

I did call them and they confirmed that the order was sent in and were helpful in answering questions."

"Found the website clear and simple. Communication was prompt and accurate, when I called the phone number the individual was helpful and sent a personal message to the next department to call me. They called the next day and even called me back to confirm when the manufacturer would ship. I would have canceled my orders where the items were backordered, but found everyone I dealt with so friendly and helpful I continued with my order."
