"Everything has been tested and it works fine. This has definately changed my rating and opinion of Coolerguys and has restored my confidance in shopping from in the future again. For future shoppers, I would reccommend that you use a non hotmail account to be contacted as this seemed to be one of the reasons for miscommunication for my situation, and to have patience. Coolerguys is an honest business and will do what it takes to set things right, as long as you the customers are reasonable.

Received the replacement item today in the mail. I am pleased by this quick turnaround of service to what looked like a very negative experience. So far the replacement seems to work, only tested the flash reader portion. Will update as I test it further.

Finally received a phone call from coolerguys the same afternoon I posted this review, could be conincidince, but I'll give the benefit of the doubt that hotmail is being weird with bouncing back their emails as I was told. I received a RMA number, I sent out the item and emailed them with the tracking, was told a replacement was shipped out immediately. This is definately unique service to right problems with communication earlier. Am anxious to get the replacement and see how things go from there."
