"Buying from these "smaller" retailers can really be a crap shoot - you're never sure howw the transaction will go. Because of this I like to give credit when it is earned. These people are rock solid! From ease of web site search to ease of purchase and speed of delivery the folks are top notch! My highest rating is the one I always look for -- "I'll be buying from these people in the future"."

"This was a satisifying and painless transaction. Tiger Direct had the lowest price on Pricegrabber (even with a high S&H charge - must be where they crank in their profit), and they had a four star plus rating. Tiger has great order tracking, and the product was delivered a day earlier than UPS said they would. I'd buy here again."

"I have bought several "big ticket" items from Googlegear - CPUs, Mobos, Memory, HDD, Removable storage drives, etc. They are consistently competitively priced, shipping and order tracking are excellent. I had to return some memory for warranty replacement and it was a painless process. All in all this company is great - except for the dorky new name!"
