"scammers stay away from their site I ordered a smartphone from their site and after they got my money and charged my credit card , I received an Email to confirm my order and that the last time I ever heard from them , my order status shows confirmed / paid/ unshipped and I try to reach them many many times , I sent them more than off line messages but they never replied to any of them , and I sent them the off line massages because they never on line , when you check their site you find the chat symbol says we are on line chat with us but when you click on the live chat you always get no on available on line , leave an of line message and that what I was doing for the last 2 weeks I sent them more than (20) messages , but they never replied to me , it was my mistake that I never checked the site review before I placed my order and when I red the review I found that scammed too many customers , guys stay AWAY ________________________ from these scammers , I don not what to do to get my money back Scammers don't feel happy because your scam business will not run for ever an I hope That I will see down soon ever one from Canada and USA stay away from COOL ICOOL the Scammers "
"I ordered a phone and i got it but after almost 2 months the screen stoped working. The phone was new never dropped down not wven had any scratch. I send the phone to coolicool as i was told because i had guarantee. 3 months now they tell me that the phone is at the factory and that they don't know what to tell me yet even thought i told them to send me another new device and they told me that i have to pay 130$ more because after 15 days of buying a phone it drops to 20%. They probably trying to steal my money and they send me emails like they know me, i'm not their friend i'm a customer and they have to show respect, i paid money and they don't do their job."
