"Hallo, ich habe vor über einem Monat ein paar Sachen bei Coolicool
gekauft, bekommen hab ich nur eine und die war defekt.
Ich versuchen auch schon fast seit einem Monat mein Geld über PayPal wieder zubekommen. Der Coolicool Kundendienst versucht einem einzureden das man den Streitfall bei PayPal schließen soll und dann sein Geld wieder bekommt. Sobald man aber den Streitfall bei PayPal schließt verliert man den Käuferschutz weil man wegen der selben Sache keinen zweiten Streitfall öffnen kann. Also schließt den Streitfall nicht sondern stellt einen Antrag auf Käuferschutz und last PayPal darüber entscheiden den weder Coolicool noch die anderen Firmen die hinter Coolicool stecken wollen euer Geld wieder rausrücken.
Würde nie wieder da kaufen. Finger weg!!!
