"Delivery was quick. Product was of is of good quality and extremely well made. Zippers were a little stiff and slow. especially around the corners. A touch of lock graphite?

The small size pack is a perfect fir for my Remington R51. Extra magazines can go one each in the triangular pockets at either end of the pack. My cell phone goes in the outside zippered compartment.

When I fully unzipped the pack for the first time my initial thought was, Now what? I saw a loose flat triangular holster envelope like thing, a connected strap and two loose velcro faced straps. No literature, pictures, diagrams, suggestions, drawings, or instructions of any kind.

I finally ended up, pack behind my back just to the right of my spine. R51 **** up and to the right.

"I ordered 4 items from them. Two of the items they shipped were the incorrect item so I sent an email. They argued with me that this is what I ordered and I would have to pay to send them back and pay a re-stocking fee even after I included a copy of my original order. I ended up have to call them after several emails back and forth. They finally agreed to send me a shipping label and said they would send me the correct items after receiving the incorrect ones back. After not receiving the correct items, I emailed them again. They told me the product was back ordered for six weeks and that I wouldn't be charged for the item. I WAS ALREADY CHARGED when they shipped the incorrect items. " I ordered two items in early September . The second item I didn't even need I just ordered it so that I wouldn't have to pay for shipping. Neither of the items showed on back order. Over a month later, I still have not received one of the items, the one I needed . I called and spoke with customer service rep who said they had no idea when the item would ship. At this point, I canceled the unshipped item and told him I wanted to return the other item. I was told due to the long delay and no information, they would return the second item at no charge and send me labels, so I could send it back at no charge. After a few weeks, I did not get the label or the email, so I called back again to see what happened to that email and label. I spoke to a different customer service rep who said they would not return the item back at no charge and that it would be my responsibility to buy and print the label. I asked to speak to the rep I had talk to the first time and she just kept arguing with me that they are not going to pay for the return. I kept repeating that I did not want to talk to her and I wanted to talk to the other rep I talked to the first time . She just kept re-explaining loudly that she was not going to return the item at no charge. I kept telling her over and over I don't want to talk with you, I want to talk to the other guy, but she just kept talking and repeating that I should not have canceled the item and I should have waited for it . I waited over a month. I don't know how long they think you're supposed to wait for an item you need for work. I still do not have the return label "
