Terrible customer service
"I ordered two items in early September . The second item I didn't even need I just ordered it so that I wouldn't have to pay for shipping. Neither of the items showed on back order. Over a month later, I still have not received one of the items, the one I needed . I called and spoke with customer service rep who said they had no idea when the item would ship. At this point, I canceled the unshipped item and told him I wanted to return the other item. I was told due to the long delay and no information, they would return the second item at no charge and send me labels, so I could send it back at no charge. After a few weeks, I did not get the label or the email, so I called back again to see what happened to that email and label. I spoke to a different customer service rep who said they would not return the item back at no charge and that it would be my responsibility to buy and print the label. I asked to speak to the rep I had talk to the first time and she just kept arguing with me that they are not going to pay for the return. I kept repeating that I did not want to talk to her and I wanted to talk to the other rep I talked to the first time . She just kept re-explaining loudly that she was not going to return the item at no charge. I kept telling her over and over I don't want to talk with you, I want to talk to the other guy, but she just kept talking and repeating that I should not have canceled the item and I should have waited for it . I waited over a month. I don't know how long they think you're supposed to wait for an item you need for work. I still do not have the return label"
