"I also experienced the same ordeal as Msfromme except I placed my order for the docks on 1/13 and never received the items! I finally cancelled on 3/6 after sending 10+ emails to customer service and receiving essentially the same response about how the item was still not in stock. I was able to get the two docks on amazon 2 days later with prime shipping for the exact same price. Icing on the cake- still haven't received my money back! Cost Captain CS says 3-5 business days. Today marks the 5th business day and nothing is even pending in my account. Any news for me Maya??"

"Love the product I ordered, but I purposely paid for the 1-2day shipping so I would get it quick. While it did ship in 1-2 days from the time they sent it, they didn't process my order until 8 days after I placed it. In today's world, that's an unacceptable amount of time and I'm disappointed in having paid for something that I wouldn't have had I known it would take 8 days to even ship the one small item I ordered. "I ordered 2 keyboards which said they were in stock on 2/9/12. A hold was put on my card for the items, then on 2/10 I receive an email stating the items were not in stock but would be available within 7 days, and for my troubles my shipping would be upgraded for free (I had already paid for overnight shipping so I took this to mean I would get free shipping.) On 2/29 my card is charged for the full amount, including shipping, leading me to believe the product was finally available to ship. When my keyboards still had not arrived to me on 3/5, I e-mailed CostCaptain regarding this issue (I had to e-mail because they do not have a phone number listed anywhere on their site.) I received an e-mail stating the product still was not in stock, and no explanation as to why my card was charged."
