"I Placed Order With them that should be shipped with in 24 hr. after one week the order shows still in process. there is no answer on E-mails and i try to call them but every time they put me to answer machine after few minuets on line. They never call you back. So there is no communication at all. I will give them few more days before I will go to my credit card Claim.

I had read some negative reviews and notice only software on their web site even though if search for hardware things comes up. I called 5 times and left a message (No one ever answers the phone) I e-mailed 3 times and each time I received a responce that my question would be answered in 1 business day. 4 weeks later some one responded "the item is unavailable"

"I ordered Thinkpad Tablet Stylus/pen, I waited 5 days, they could not ship my order and canceled it. They are selling products which they do not have. Be careful about this seller. The product's price was around %30 lower then other sellers. I called their customer service by phone, they did not answer. I contacted with them via email, they answered in same day. I don't recommend this company. I will wait for full refund."
"Cost Captain is the worst merchant to deal with, order placed and confirmed on 10/26 received on 11/26. they never shipped until 11/22, but kept telling me it had shipped on 11/1 and even gave a FedEx number. The staff will lie or just not respond to any questions. Don't even try to get your money refunded, won't happen. Of course they don't allow customer comments on their site except what they want to post. DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT!!!"
"This company is absolutely terrible to work with. Customer service is virtually non-responsive (it took 3 emails to finally get a response) and their website is awful. You can't even cancel an order online and good luck trying to log into your account off the main page. If I never deal with them again, it will be too soon. "

"I still have not received my item. I paid for 3 day shipping. After 1 week, they still had not even processed my order. I contacted them and they said that they did not actually have my product in stock (even though the item was listed as being in stock) and told me they would ship it by the 26th. When they still hadn't processed my order, I contacted them again and they claimed that Sandy had affected my shipment (which is odd because I live in TX and the company is located GA). This is the most horrible company I have EVER worked with, and I do just about 99% of my shopping at online retailers. It took them 15 days and about 10 emails to for them to finally send out my product (which I paid for 3 day delivery) and sending me a tracking #. I had previously inquired about product specs in which I submitted the question via their online form and in half a dozen emails over 2 weeks and, again, after that 2 weeks I got a one line reply. I've never experienced such horrible customer service in my life, and that's saying alot because I've been doing business with online retailers for over 15 years now! NEVER using this company again. This place made me so frustrated I'm honestly considering a BBB complaint. There customer service is virtually nonexistent and it took half a month to even SEND out the product I ordered."
"Very efficient service. Product arrived on time as promised. I am very pleased with the product; my daughter is excited and we are having problems getting her to go to bed at night. She wants to learn everything possible about the program so that she can "WOW" her classmates and teachers with her enhanced projects.
