"Had no trouble ordering my Xerox allinone laser printer ($680). This was more than $100 less than most other stores. Due to the low price, I have to *assume* that once I push the buy button, that I own it. Maybe if I bought it from a higher-priced company like CDW I could send it back in a post paid suede box.

But anyway, I had no trouble receiving the fax/printer/scanner from Cost Central...it took 4-5 days. Most of these days were waiting for processing. They have a stupid "24 hour processing" which means 3 days (8 hours per day). In the end, 4-5 days isn't bad.
