"I normally shopped on other websites like EBAY and Amazon, no days you cannot assume online retailers such as these always have the best prices. I ran across Cost Central by doing a search for the exact product and I was amazed a what a great deal this was. I was then obviously thinking that the online inventory is probably wrong and not updated, I was wrong. I went through a quick online registration and then a quick checkout and shortly after received an email acknowledging my order. Then to my suprise I received a shipping update saying they were on the way and received them 2 days later via Fedex. I couldn't believe it, I ordered 3 Sony PSP 2000 hard cases with shipping for $29.00, they came in unopened retail packages just as you would see in your local Best Buy. For a fraction of the price. I will make this a stop on my shopping list."

When I gave up and put everything back in the box to return I called Cost Central, assuming they would give me an address and return shipping #, but no the operator told me she had to get "approval" for this return and would get back with me via email in several days. Oh, and I would be charged a "restocking fee." Huh? What? Is this a way to keep customers coming back? I think not."
