"Orderd HP Touchpad on 8/21. Because it is a fire sale, it is not a surprise CC had issue filling all the orders. I was patiently waiting and avoiding bothering them until I found out orders after mine got filled and my order seems skipped.
Then I started a three-week ordeal with CC’s customer service – “Nick”. He kept on saying they tried their best to process the orders by the order time. Apparently it is not the case on my order. There are 23 emails between CC and me, my order is still pending while CC filled many orders of the same model even 2 weeks after my first inquiry.
In the last round of email, CC told me there is nothing they can do, my order is processed in order and I am free to cancel my order if I don’t like the answer.

Update:
Magic happened, just after writing up this review 2 days ago; today I received email from CC telling me the order was shipped out and I have a tracking number now.
I've changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars for now.
CC is not perfect but they should get credit in keeping the orders and trying to fulfill them.

Although it took a few weeks to ship, they did communicate to TouchPad customers that it would take longer than normal to process those orders. I have a second TouchPad on order from a larger company, and have received no updates, so I think CostCentral handled these orders much better.
