Order fulfillment took a long time.

"The service that I received at the counter was less stellar. Even though I had explained that I had called in advance to secure picking up my order they continued to question me whether or not I had received an email. I had to finally tell them exactly who I talked to, and after quite some time of waiting and waiting, I finally got my parts."

Not Customer Centric

"Price for floor mats where reasonable. When I went to pick them up, it was like talking to a brick wall. The person was not pleasant and had a "what do you want attitude". Not customer centric. Service is more important to me then price. I will order somewhere else next time. "

2024 Tacoma Tail Pipe

"I purchased this item online stating I would pick the item up at the dealership. Two hours I am notified that my item is out of stock and back ordered and I would be notified when it arrives. If an item is out of stock, don't offer it for sale. I was not given the option of a refund or anything for my inconvenience. Here we are one week later and the item is still out of stock. Great customer experience. NOT!"

"The parts department can use improvement with better communication I wasn’t notified about my order, after a week i called and got put on hold so I drove up there and I was on hold the whole time I drove there, my order was on the shelf. "
