"I ordered a part in which they said would be ready in 1-4 days for pickup, I never got an email so I went in asked they didn’t have my part but they would email me when it was ready. A week later still no email so I talked to one of their online support team members who got my information said they would send it to the parts department and have them get in touch with me on my part and how long it’ll be, it’s now been a few days and I’ve yet to get an email or call.
