"It wasn't horrible, but it also wasn't the best. I have dealt with other Toyota dealers and have notice really good customer service, however here there really not that nice. When I walked up to the counter no one bothers to greet you . There were three guys just talking to each other looking straight at me and I still had to had to get there attention in order to get service. The least they could have done was to say " i'll be right with you". I got the feeling they really don't care about there customers. Like I said it wasn't horrible, but the only reason I came here was because online this was my closest choice for pickup. I just expect better from a Toyota dealer. I Would prefer to go to my regular Toyota dealer where they make me feel special, and at the very least notice the customer. "
