"I'm lucky. I found this store by accident. I've driven by their sign 100s of times, and finaly looked them up. I'm so glad I did. This is one of the best retailers on the net. And, I'm lucky enough to live within 10 minutes of them, and they allow local pickup. So, I cannot comment on shipping.

I am a case modder and chose them when I discovered a few choice items that I couldn't find anywhere else. The prices were reasonable, paying via Paypal went flawlessly, and entering a coupon code worked flawlessly as well.

One small item that I want to point out was that one of the items on my list was out of stock but the website indicated it was in stock. That irked me a little. BUT, to CrazyPC's credit, they notified me right away about the delay (that's how I found out it was out of stock), the delay was only 2 days, and they notified me when my order shipped.

This small item aside, my experience was good and I plan on using them again. "

"Found CrazyPC while doing a Google search for a particular Lian-Li case, Monday AM,12/05/05. Ground shipping for this Al case was reasonable, and CrazyPC also would add a top window and blowhole for an extra $25. Neat I'll go with that, after I check Resellerratings for these guys. Wow - great rating! Let's do this.
Placed the order early Monday AM. I figured if the gods were with me, I might luck out and maybe get this thing shipped from MI to SC by Friday. (But I really won't hold my breath w/ ground shipping, plus having that case moddded).
Tuesday evening I get an e-mail saying the case would be delivered on Wed., 12/07. How can this be? Oh no, someone must have gotten the order messed up and shipped the case w/out the mod.
I get home from work Wed. at 5:30, and my case had been delivered. Ok, let's open this thing to see this unmodded case. I pull the case out of the box, and lo and behold, there's the top window case mod. Boy was I relieved and amazed.
This was my first order w/CrazyPC, and I must say, I am very, very impressed.
I place around 20-40 PC Parts orders per year for the last several years, and this has got to be the fastest service that I have ever received. These folks are on the ball. Keep up the fantastic work. "
