"So I was looking for this fittings for my liquid cooling system. Only place I could find this was Sidewinders, but they had it out of stock and I needed it immediately. I've never heard of "CrazyPC" before so obviously I was worried.

I checked their ratings here and found that most (if not all) reviews were how amazing this store is. Ofcourse after that, I ordered my fittings and shipping of Priority Mail for a total of ~$9.00 (ordered Tuesday night).

I got the tracking number, but for your info, USPS Tracking system is horrible. I know this isn't CrazyPC's fault, but they're just horrible. They don't even tell you the estimated day of delivery.

Knowing that Priority Mail takes 1-3 days, I waited. It came on the Friday the 13th (ominous sign? :-p).

The package was very well packed. Throughly packed with peanuts (I think that's what they're called).

"Seems to send out products that are not in origianl packaging or damaged boxes and claims that they are brand new items. If you have no problem getting used items, good store.

Edit to response: The package was defintely not "unopened". The box was cracked and sealed with plastic scotch tape. So you know it was an "open" item. The cpu block which I bought defintely had a non-used finish, the vga block did not. The vga block had what looked like oxidation on the inside and I can't imagine how that would be there without some kind of use. What I felt was unfair was that you made no mention on the website about the package being "open", if you had then I would have absolutely no ground and would not have purchased it and been a happy customer.

Everything else I'm very happy with. Good store, but some items are not nearly as well described as they should be and that is not something I believe should happen. If a package is open, say it is, or send it back to the manufacturer. Just my experience. "
