"I would not order from this company again. The delivery was very very fast, and they used DHL to deliver the product. However, I am returning my watch and now have to pay for my shipping it back to Singapore as well as the original shipping to me. That does not seem fair to me, and was not made clear when I ordered the watch (or at least I didn't read the fine print closely enough).
The watch came as described by many other purchasers: not looking quite new. Some stickers were missing (the sticker covering the watch face for example, as well as the stickers covering the metal clasp on the band), and it just didn't "feel" like I was getting a new watch. My biggest problem was this, though: I speak Arabic, so this was charming for me. However, NOWHERE on the website does it say that the watch's second language (for the day/date complication) would be Arabic! Arabic does not read well in small font sizes, so the Arabic dates were unreadable. In America the second language would be Spanish. As the watch was made in Japan, I thought the second language would be Japanese. They really should clarify this. "

"4 months and I have no watch or refund. The best creation watches can do is tell me they are "working with their distributor and they will let me know the results of their investigation".

I ask how this investigation will help me.... same answer. Refund?.... same answer. I ordered the watch in October.
I just want some confirmation that I will get a new watch sent or a refund but at this point I think they are just hoping I will go away.

"It looks like most purchases go through fine and are delivered in a decent time hence the high score but they don't seem to now how to support customers when things don't go smoothly. I have now been waiting for 2 weeks for my watch. Weirdly they managed to send me the empty watch box quickly but for some reason they didn't put the watch in the box and it is being sent seperately. Response time to emails are around 3 days and understanding of English seems to be an issue as my questions aren't addressed, I just receive messages telling me I am a valued customer and my watch will be with me soon"
