"Ordered a scarf in August, never received it. Absolutely unhelpful customer service, provided no help in locating the package. No refund, no replacement, now they're not even answering my e-mails ! And I'm a repeat customer ! I'd never order from them again."

"I was so validated to read the previous review, as my experience was almost identical. I too had a terrible experience with Creative Contrast. I recently ordered a Matta scarf but hadn't received it, and there was no communication saying it was shipped after more than two weeks. I emailed the company three times without any response. The online help did not work either. I then went to my Paypal payment and used the email address on there. When it bounced back this told me something was very wrong. I applied for Paypal dispute resolution and was then sent an email from Paypal/the owner saying - my scarf was on order and they had just received it the day I complained (what a coincidence). They stated that because I had complained they cancelled my order. They then refunded me by e-check so I have to wait a month or more for my money. I have to say this is unprofessional, spiteful and vindictive. Such a DODGY business, terrible customer service! Pass them by for sure, or you'll regret it."

I recently purchased a CHAN LUU Labradorite Wrap Bracelet on a promotional offer through the Creative Contrast website. Not only was this a stunning product, the service was outstanding and their catalog of products is impressive. I spent well over an hour browsing the catalog deciding on my next purchase. "I just completed my first order with Creative Contrast, and I am very impressed. The website sells a large array of designer products. I love the collection of scarves, and I am very taken by the jewelry. I especially love the pieces from Chan Luu, and I spent several days deciding what bracelet I was going to order. As someone who has great difficulty finding jewelry for a variety of reasons, it is wonderful to have a large array of high-end products to choose from!

The website is easy to navigate, and it even includes a chat option to allow you to contact a knowledgeable member of the staff while you shop. In my time in contact with the company, I have had only pleasant, positive interactions. Any time I have had a question, I received a quick and amicable response.

"I bought a bracelet from Creative Contrast on 23 Nov, 2011. I have talked to their sales person that I need that particular bracelet before 30 Nov, 2011. She promised me that it will arrive before 30 of Nov. However, I have not gotten any confirmation number nor tracking number few days after I placed the order. I then tried to contact their sales person and nobody knew what was going on with my order. I told them to cancel my order since they failed to deliver on-time. They said they are going to refund the money to my credit card and email me the cancellation number. However, couple days later I have not heard from them at all. I called again and they finally emailed me cancellation letter and promised me I should have my refund in three days. Now, one week has passed, I still have no refund showing in my credit card account. This website is totally a scam. DO NOT buy from them."
