"I've always been pleased with the final product from Crown Awards, my only criticism is that the original setup that was displayed when I ordered was acceptable to me, but when the proof came through it had changed and I didn't care for it anymore, so I was charged another setup fee to change it, which seems a little unfair since I wouldn't have ordered the first design if the image was accurate. I was not overly happy to be charged another fee for the error with the computer software, but it was so late, I had to place the order or miss out on presenting the award."
