"Looked up my wife's Jeep to replace her factory speakers, what came up (majority of results, not all results) were 5 1/2 speakers, when I installed, I noticed her factory Jeep speakers were 6x9....I much would've rather had 6x9 instead of 5 1/2. As far as the installation, SUPER EASY and super helpful to have the instructions mailed with the speakers. The quality of the speakers is good too, not incredible or great, but it is definitely better than the blown factory speakers my wife was using"

"I called Crutchfield & talked to Cash just to make sure I was buying the right wind deflectors. Reason being I wanted them asap. I should of known when he was in a hurry to get me off the phone. I told him which ones were recommended for my car. I went on to explain there are 4 or 5 different models of my TLX. But he wasn't hearing it he just said, yes those are the right ones. I offered my VIN so he could look it up & see what I was tryin to explain,but no. So I ordered these & a little under a week I got them via Fedex. I put the front driver side on & it was clear they were wrong(wish I could post pictures.) Now after 3 days of posting pictures online & emailing Crutchfield I finally get a response. They ask me if it's all of them or just the 2. I replied only to have anothet person email me with the same questions. I reply again & a day or two later they reply to tell me they needed another 3 days to look it over. Finally they agreed they are wrong ones & then they tell me to call customer service() to get the right ones ordered(smh.) I call & she puts me on hold for 10mins, comes back & says she needs to email Weathertech to order the right ones. And here I wait with no update. I really started looking for cameras because I thought Ashton Kutcher was punking me! Lol. Well now tomorrow (Sat June 3rd) will be 3 days since I called to "order the new ones." I even expressed I wanted to get this process going faster because I've been waiting long enough. She ignored the fact I said that. Before this review I emailed & said if I don't hear anything or have a tracking number by Monday morning then I want a refund to shop elsewhere. You'd think that the 2nd guy(AJ) would of just ordered & sent the right ones instead of telling me to call. Smh. Pass the buck with a 1st time customer. & maybe last time customer. SO Glad I waited to order my dashcams & speakers. If this how Crutchfield does things I will go find someone who wants to keep customers. "

Sent a question to customer service and got no reply but put on a call back list and have been waiting for a call back for 4 days now. "Crutchfield does not get enough credit for their overall value. Along with huge selection and competitive prices, Crutchfield has outlet, sale and open box items. Where Crutchfield breaks away from the pack, though, is the extras. The instructions for installation and the free wire adapter for my car saved me a ton of time. I enjoyed the online speaker test to check speakers also.
All in all, the speakers I bought were a great bargain. When it is time to do an upgrade, I will be returning to your site. Thanks!"
