"I have been purchasing from Crutchfield for decades now...not often, because I don't buy a lot of audio equipment...but when I do, I turn to Crutchfield. It is amazing to see how Crutchfield has grown over the years, but it is easy to understand why.

In this most recent case, I would occasionally hear wonderful music on the radio, and I would wonder why my vintage home stereo system would not reproduce music like that. When the Crutchfield catalog came around, I looked at their review of turntables, and the catalog page pointed me to the "Turntables 101" article on their website. In turn that article pointed me to a similar research paper on their site about cartridges, which in turn pointed me to a research paper on their site about styli. So really, in a matter of minutes, I was able to educate myself about the technology, then reviewed Crutchfield's product offerings to make a selection (knowing that Crutchfield curates their product line, and wouldn't sell anything that's not up to snuff). Then I phoned and spoke with Crutchfield's consultant, Gus, and confirmed that my selection was appropriate for my situation.

Not a big deal but if you keep saying "SHIPS TODAY IF YOU ORDER IN THE NEXT X Hour" and stating that you will have it in 2 days you better deliver. Otherwise product was well packaged and price was about the best I could find. "
