Terrible Customer Service

"On 3/29/22 I ordered a Gold Medal popcorn popper machine for about $1000. On April 10, I inquired about my order and they responded that they just learned that the popcorn machine had a 12 week lead time. I was OK with that and told them I still want it and asked for updates. On April 15, 2022 they emailed me and told me the price went up $166.07 and they asked me what I wanted to do. I replied to the email that I still want it although I voiced my frustration that they took the order and apparently did not place their order and lock in the price. But I also told them my credit card that I used to make the original purchase had been replaced due to suspicious activity and asked how I should get them paid. But no response and no popcorn machine and no additional charge to my credit card. I changed the card information in my account online (I entered the replacement card) but still the additional charge has not been made and yet their website says they still need payment information. I've left message after message, communicated the whole story through their "Contact Us" section of their website, emailed Zachory over and over all with no response or call. I hope I'm not out the $1000. I'll never buy another item from another Cuda anything."

Scam ?

"In August 2018 I ordered a vegetable juicer from this company. It kept getting postponed (back ordered ) until I asked for my money back because I bought it elsewhere . I didn’t follow up with AMEX like I should’ve because I had a serious injury that required all my attention. I honestly forgot about it until a couple months ago . Now it’s too late for Amex to go after so they basically won. I only have rely on their sense of ethics. Apparently that’s not going to happen because I was told by Zachary Barber that the accounting department will send a check in the mail. That was over a month ago and when you call it’s just an answering machine. No one ever picks up or returns a call . No more email responses from Zachary Barber. From the other reviews it looks like no refund and this is how they roll. I hope they send me my money but I won’t hold my breath. It’s sad for me but worse to be them to offer nothing in life ."

Zachery Barber

"Do not do business with this company. I placed an order back in August for 2 funnel cake pitchers and a funnel cake ring. I received a call from Zachery Barber indicating that the pitchers were on back order and there was not ETA. I was told that I could cancel my order and would be issued a refund. I have made several attempts to get my refund and no luck. I have sent emails and made phone calls and no response. I finally received a call from Zachery Barber and I informed him of my situation and he indicated that I needed to speak with their accounting department. Zachery Barber also indicated he would have them call me back and to this day I have not received a return call. I am back to calling again and I am getting no where. "

Snowie ice shaver parts

"I ordered parts for my snowie and they Zachery promised me an email receipt. Days past and nothing. Waiting 3 more days for confirmation and he stated the part must be on back order. The already charged my credit card so he asked if I wanted to cancel it and them issue a refund. I said yes. 5 days went by and I still didnt hear from them. Zachery answered and said he would get with his accountant and will make sure I get my refund. Waiting another 3 days and still not email. I had to contact my bank to investigate the charges and get them involved to prosecute them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND AND THEY DON'T CARRY ANYTHING. THEY HAVE TO 3RD PARTY ALL THIER STOCK. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. IM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND."

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

"Purchased a vending machine. Was told by Zackary it would be delivered in two weeks from when I paid. Eight weeks later no machine, I called 5 days in a row and finally got a call back. Was told by Zackary that it was damaged in transit and another was being sent out. I sent an email to Zackary asking him to call ASAP. When he did I told him I was going in a different direction and that I did not want the machine, that I had already paid for. This was on a Wednesday, he said “well the machine has already shipped and will arrive on Friday. I told him that I did not want it, the level of service on a $4000 product was not acceptable. He said fine then just refuse the delivery, I said ok and that I also wanted to be credited for the delivery charge and he said he would apply for the credit. I called him back a week later and he actually answered the phone. When I asked about the credit he told me that he would have to inspect the machine and that the credit would go to the finance company, not me. I was ok with that, except that he was lying. It has been over a month and I have heard nothing. The representative from the finance company has called and email with no response, as well as I have done the same. I then called Greg who is Zackary’s boss, he answered and when I introduced myself and started to explain why I was calling the call was disconnected. I have now hired an attorney and the fun begins! I encourage everyone to stay clear of this company!!!!!!!!!"

"On March 7, 2018I bought an Echols electric ice shaving machine manufactured by Cretors from Cuda Kitchen for $500.99. The warranty is 2 years. The motor of the ice shaving machine was burnt in July 2019. I contacted Cuda Kitchen and spoke to Zachery Barber. He told me that I need to talk to Cretors about this issue. I called and spoke to Ivan at Cretors, he told me that Cretors only deals with the wholesaler. They do not deal directly with the consumer. The process begins at Cuda Kitchen. I called and e-mail Zachery several photos of the burnt motor. He confirmed that he received and saw the burn clearly. I told him that since it is under warranty, they can send me a replacement motor to resolve the issue. If they want me to ship the motor back to them, they need to send me a prepaid return shipping label. He said that he can get the answer for me in one day. Two weeks later and after I left several messages, I received no response. Then I called the manufacturer, Andy, the technician at Cretors told me that he has not received any e-mail from Cuda Kitchen. Then I got an e-mail from Zach that I’ll need to send it directly to the manufacturer but refuses to disclose whom do I address to. At this point, I realized that they are pointing finger at each other and refuse to honor the warranty. I look at the BBB bureau and saw all of the complaints. I'll buy nothing from them in the future."

Fighting for refund

"Ordered a coffee machine online late at night. Realized it might not work for what I need. Emailed them explaining that if it didn’t serve hot coffee. I would need to cancel the order. I received an email back the next morning stating it did not heat water (picture showed a hot/cold machine). But they did have other machines that did. And to let them know what I’d like to do.
I responded back to cancel the order.
Never heard anything back and a week later. Still no refund. Emailed them. Nothing. Called the website phone number and smwas transferred to billing or something. That man stated they got the cancelled email but once an order is placed it goes to warehouse to build the machine? And I’d have to wait for that end to refund. And I would receive an email regarding the refund. Another week passed and no refund. So emailed again. No response. Figured maybe I would have to wait 30 total days. I filed a dispute with my bank card to be safe. 2 weeks later bank calls because still no refund. No machine was ever shipped. Not any email regarding shipping, etc. bank took my email correspondence and phone log as proof that I cancelled and was due a refund. Ordered and cancelled on 2/5/2019. Spoke to rep regarding refund on 2/15/2019. Filed a dispute 2/27/2019. Still no refund! $923

Terrible customer service

"I was looking at a food and water pan for a chafing dish- a $528 sale. The actual dimensions were not given online. The rep. kept putting me off- telling me the warehouse hadn't returned the messages concerning the size. Never once did they rep call me back. I called him for 3 days. Finally the rep said the warehouse couldn't find the pans to measure them. He said he would find out the sizes from the manufacturer. Never did he call me back. This is truly a business with an "I don't care attitude". "

Customer service with returns

"Bought a Hot dog steamer and when I used it, the temp wouldn't get hot as dhec requires. they got a machine sent to replace, but it was the same way. I just ask to get another style. they had me talking with the company that supplied the steamer, and they wouldn't do anything to resolve the issue. so now I have a $600 in the box that can't be used. "

awful customer service

"I paid for a cooling pan and was told that i would receive it in 5-7 days. After this time passed, I was given several promise dates, all of which have passed. They blame Gold Medal Products for the delay, but I paid Cuda Kitchen, not Gold Medal Products. When I contact them, I used to get many "I'll get back to you" statements, not, over a month later, I don't even get a response. They haverefused to even give me a discount for my inconvenience. Will never do business with them again. Combo Vending Machine

"We ordered the Seaga SM-22 Combo vending machine. We've had it in our office for about 3 months now. It is a No-Hassle kind of machine. It is 10 times better than the machine that Sam's Club offers because of the quantity of items that it holds and the price for the machine, itself.
Now, the set up is a different story. Get ready to read A LOT ! ! ! It is not the most user friendly contraption that I have ever put together. It would be good to have someone that is mechanically inclined to help you put it together. It comes delivered in 2 boxes. The top part has to be lifted onto the bottom part. You had better be a bull if you're going to attempt this by yourself. There are 4 wired connectors that go between the top and bottom units. Figuring out how to make the bottom part dispense drinks based on their size is, well, trial and error. Lastly, I don't have enough time to explain how to program the prices for each item. The machine comes pre-programmed with $1.00 for every item. My suggestion is to sell everything for $1.00; or, get ready to read A LOT! If you let one of the drink dispensers run out, get ready to program that slot back to the 'home' position. Overall, knowing what I know now, I would buy this machine again. My next one will be a breeze on operating!

DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!

"I placed an order 4/26/17 with credit card. They immediately charged my credit card. On 4/30/17, I received a Deliver Confirmation e-mail for my order. After waiting a couple weeks, I notified company that I did not receive my order. On call back, I was told that they tried contacting me because one of the items I purchased (chair and foot stool) did not include the footstool as advertised. First, they did not try contacting me. My cell phone is on me at all times, and there were no messages left. I was then offered a small discount if they sent just the chairs. I inquired about an increase on that discount. Had paid for two sets. I was told they would get back to me. This was last week. No one has contacted me, but they still have my money. In my experience, if there is a back order or issue with an item purchased, they do not charge the credit card until item has been shipped. Disgusted with this company!!!!!"

"contacting my attorney on Monday 12/28/2105. I placed an oder for 4800.00 on 10/232015 and was lied to so may times about shipping that I cancelled after a month and still have been lied to over and over about my refund. This is almost 5000.00 people. Do not do business with them, I didn't use a credit card because they charge 3% extra so they took it straight from my checking and now I can't get them to give it back"

"This site is terrible! If you are looking for bad customer service, cancelled orders, and sketchy payment transactions, then you are ordering from the right place! I received several emails from Cuda "claiming" my order was processed and shipped, only to discover 2 days before my fiance's birthday that my order had been cancelled!! Don't waster your time or your money with this vendor!!! Never ordering from them again."
