"Ordered and called to let them know of online order. Was told they would looked out and get it done. Had originally ordered the same part from downtown Toyota. When calling was told order be ready in 2 3 days and instead of looking for order the clowns support cancelled the order. Cocky supposed don't need more customers.
Culver City parts dept. has people skills and eagerness to assist customers.

The email response that I received stated that something has went wrong with the order but the person who was responsible for orders would contact me. I just received a call and the person took zero accountability for their mistakes, exhibited poor customer service, and still tried to upsell me. It was incredibly disappointing and I will not be recommending this place or utilizing their services again."
