"On May 10th, I ordered a set of Black Emblem overlay parts. I heard nothing back from Toyota for weeks. I had to follow up with an email on 5/29. The email response that I received stated that something has went wrong with the order but the person who was responsible for orders would contact me. I just received a call and the person took zero accountability for their mistakes, exhibited poor customer service, and still tried to upsell me. It was incredibly disappointing and I will not be recommending this place or utilizing their services again."
