I told them that per their website I’d like my full amount refunded. It has now been two days with no response from them. "I ordered 3 suits from Cupshe, all in size small. However, one was sent to me in the incorrect size in a LARGE. It fell off me! When I emailed Cupshe's customer service and got in contact with Joy, she stringed me along through multiple emails. She asked me to send multiple photos of the bathing suit and shipping labels and everything, "proving" that I received the wrong size. After I did that, she had the audacity to explain their return policy (as if it was acceptable for them to ship an incorrect size and then put the responsibility on me to process the return):

Meaning they want me to PAY MONEY for them to correct the order they messed up... or get a "coupon" to spend more money with them. I no longer want to do business with them, but they refuse to refund the money back to my card or send me the correct size.



DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU EXPECT QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

"I ordered 4 bathing suits from cupshe.com after reading a significant amount of mixed reviews, and I decided to give it a chance... well I’ve been tracking the status of my package ever since I received the tracking number. The current status says that my package is in transit in the town where I live, but it has said that for the past 3 days and I have not received and update on where my items are. "I ordered 2 bathing suits from cupshe costing over $50 and never even got my order when the tracking said it was delivered already. I emailed customer service and they told me "the carrier must've lost my package" and then offered me a coupon. I don't want a coupon so I told them just send me my exact order over again and the girl responded asking for my address to resend it. After I reply....a girl with a different name emailed me back saying she would give me a damn coupon. I am going on vacation soon to Florida and was hoping I would have my new bathing suits but its been back and forth emailing in which it takes them forever to even respond to me. "I ordered 10 swimsuits and I wanted to return 5 simply because they did not fit.
I sent them back to the address provided and gave them the tracking number and let them know when the return arrived. Now no one will issue my refund, they keep asking if I want a credit and to keep the suits. I told them I have already returned them and I want a refund and they won't answer my emails now. "I ordered 4 bathing suits feb 26th. As I am leaving for a trip on the 7th, I hoped they’d arrive on time. After I ordered, I started to read a lot of reviews that people were not receiving their suits for months at a time. "Just go to their BBB page and you'll see all you need! They are repeatedly scamming customers!! For me, I ordered a package, they marked that it shipped, but never dropped it off with the carrier. They simply printed the label. When I tried to reach out to them, I only received generic form-type replies that were irrelevant to my issue. I then attempted to contact them on their website, Facebook messenger and then commented on their page trying to get a response. They marked each of my comments as spam shortly after posting them, and then blocked me from the page -- all I was asking is that they tell me when they planned on actually shipping my package as it has been more than a week since this label has been printed!

I have had to file formal complaints with BBB and PayPal, as have many who have had to deal with this organization.

It appears those who actually receive the items they pay for are the minority, and those who do receive items often find they are wrong or damaged!

Please take every positive review with a grain of salt as a great deal of these "positive" reviews appear to be sponsored. I didn't, and now I'm in the same boat as literally hundreds of others who have been taken advantage of by this horrendously unethical company!
