"Been waiting 3 weeks for my item to be SHIPPED. Contacted customer service sev two times and they keep telling me it’s shipped. When I track it through USPS, it says it has not been dropped off to a facility yet. It seems like they just take your money without regard for you to actually receive your order. "

"Ordered 4 bathing suits for a trip to Cuba with my husband. I was a little apprehensive about buying bathing suits (especially full suits, not bottoms and tops) online, but they all fit perfectly! Great material, and sooo cute! I paid for expedited shipping, since I ordered them less than 10 days before we left, and they all arrived on time. Would highly recommend."

"Cupshe is a scam. Here is how their fraudulent business works. You make a purchase through www.cupshe.com. They give you fake expedited shipping. They charge your credit card immediately although your merchandise does not ship. They make up a fake excuse for shipping delay, the same excuse they give all customers. Tracking your order says "shipping labels created" but your order is not shipped to you. Then, when you ask to cancel/ be refunded, they refuse and instead, give you 3 options to NOT get your money back. Don't buy anything from their website. It is a scam. "

"Every swimsuit I’ve purchased has been disappointing, especially since I’ve had high hopes as they are very pretty and unique. Either the bad reviews aren’t posted or they are hidden because I research before I buy and I have never seen anything deterring or warning me of improper fit.
They are not supportive which is sad because they are pretty, but they are geared towards smaller chested women. I am average size with a C cup chest and the size that I should be wearing according to the sizing chart does not fit properly. I even checked with customer support about suggestions on supportive swimsuits for my last purchase, and it was the worst out of them all. I’ve purchased 2 bikinis and 1 full piece and I couldn’t wear one of them on my most recent vacation.
The 2 dresses I purchased were beautiful and fit me perfectly, according to the sizing chart. However a hoodie I purchased was not properly advertised and I was a little disappointed.
Customer service was good, I was given credits towards purchases which I used to try new swimsuits but still I wonder if My reviews are even posted in order to help the women like me who need the support. The swimsuits are perfect for smaller chested women but for someone like myself, Im better off spending more on quality as these fit me the same at Walmart suits but more expensive.... "
