"The swimsuit print pretty, and the dress was okay. I ordered plus sized items, unfortunately, the cuts on both are not for plus-sized gals. I had not ordered from Cupshe before however, the suit looked pretty so I thought I would give it a try.
I did not give them a 1 star rating because the items did not fit, I gave them a 1 star rating because of their non-existent store credit. I bought the items for an upcoming trip to Mexico. They did not fit. I went on my trip, returned to a very busy office. I missed the 30-day window for a refund. I understand I will not get a refund. What I am not understanding is why I was not offered a store credit. The tags are on the items, I never wore them. I am left with items I cannot wear. I was not looking for a monetary refund, a store credit would have been sufficient. Better vendors give at least a store credit.
11-15-19 Cupshe contacted me after seeing the negative reviews I posted about not getting store credit. They since have issued a store credit. I am glad they take the reviews seriously, and are willing to make the exceptions when needed. "
