"The Cupshe swimsuits and cover ups are excellent quality and true to size. Delivery was an issue, as the left hand side of the label had been cut off and the parcel was undeliverable. I contacted NZ Couriers who were able to locate it using the tracking number and it was eventually delivered. I would suggest the packing company check each label before it is shipped."

"I ordered 6 items - 1dress, 1romper and 4 swimsuits. All the same size. 2 swimsuits fit well!! One swimsuit and the romper were too small. One swimsuit and the dress were too big. I emailed customer service to start my return process. I don’t want to exchange because of the inconsistencies in sizing. Thus far it’s been nothing but a hassle. This will be my FIRST AND LAST order from Cupshe. What a shame since I love the 2 swimsuits that actually fit.
I.m not the only person who has struggled with a return. RETURNS SHOULD BE EASY!!!"

"CUPSHE is the worst company to buy clothing or swimsuits. Be aware the material is horrible and the return policy totally ****. You have to go through several stages to get your refund back and you have to pay for postage. Be AWARE do not buy from this company. They sent me lingerie set that was ripped and poor poor poor quality fabric. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!"
