"Hi everyone, I'm wrinting this review because I am a very satisfied customer after letting CustomInk re-create our design on their shirts. This is my first experience with them, their website caught my eye and the ease of using the site was a plus. We had our own design and I wasn't sure if they would or could re-create it. They did just that! and also gave us a great suggestion on how to improve the final results. They also gave us the chance to review and approve the final design plan before the printing production.No matter how many times we changed our minds. The staff never rushed or pushed us into anything we didn't want. This was the best part of the experience I enjoyed. The price and quality was the best and the shipping was right on time as they promised. What more could we ask for? We will be their customers for our family or business functions in the future. "Because of the style of shirt I ordered, I received a call from customer service informing me that my uploaded image could not be used as-is. The art department had to recreate the image as a stylized rendering, which I actually like much better than the original (looks like an Andy Warhol treatment). Customer service did a great job of explaining the reasons for the change and how it would impact my order.
