"Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in my life to date. Take the worst service a cell phone company can give to you and add that to the worst service a cable TV company can give to you and multiply by ten. You will then have a numerical value that reflects how bad this company is.
They’ve been stringing me along for over 7 weeks. Almost no communication initiated by them. I’ve called them ten times and only talked to a human twice. And they lied. I’m giving them three more days to deliver the parts. If not, my contacts in the Motorsports fraternity will be happy to spread the word about Cycle Parts Nation."
"So I placed an order for a mower cable on May 14th. They charged my credit card right away, which should have been a red flag. Most legitimate businesses only charge your card after they actually ship the part. They gave a shipping arrival estimation of between May 21st and June 5th. I thought that was a wide range and long time frame for being two states over. Either they had the part in stock, ready to ship, or they didn’t. They didn’t say it was out of stock, so certainly it wouldn’t take very long to ship, right? Wrong. June 6th rolls around and still no part. I then do a review search on this company, which I should have done at the beginning, and found they have mostly 1 star, terrible reviews. I thought, oh great, just what I didn’t need. So I give them a call. When the person on the other end looked up my order, she said “Oh they are just about to get to that Honda parts pallet.” Somehow I didn’t believe her. I asked to cancel my order. She said they could do that, since they didn’t meet their own delivery estimation. I made sure to ask if my money would be refunded to my card. She said it would. So I waited for the refund, and of course it didn’t come. Their website said refunds took between 2 to 7 day. 9 days later I tried calling them back. The automated system said the wait time would only be a few minutes. 30 minutes later, still waiting, and another automated voice comes on and cuts the call off. Very frustrating. I call my credit card to dispute the charge. That must have lit a fire under them, because at the end of June, the part appeared in the mail, even though I canceled the order weeks back. Fortunately, I didn’t have a replacement part yet, or there would have been an extra hassle factor, returning the part. This was the worst experience I’ve had with a company in a long time. I can’t believe they are still in business."
"Place a substantial order and waited a month before I filed a claim with my CC company. No return email for weeks and then they claimed to have refunded my purchase minus a huge restocking fee for something never shipped. "
"Ordered Honda atv parts on May 10, 2020, they billed my credit card the same day and said it would ship in 4-7 days.
10 days later I emailed to check on the status and a Breena Cook said she would ship it next day and send me the ups tracking. Again, nothing. Emailed her, no response. Called her and again she said they would send the order next day.
This time I got a tracking #. Next day comes, ups said they never received a package from them. So she just set up a label with ups to generate a tracking # with no intention of shipping it. I called again and cancelled the order. Breena said I would get a full refund, but I still haven't gotten it on my credit card. I will now be disputing the charges with my credit card company.
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!! "
"Worst parts experience I've ever had. My order was place over the phone on 4/28 and I was told it wouldn't be shipped until 5/12 due to COVD-19. In the meantime I ordered parts from 2 other suppliers - one in Indiana and another in China. Both orders arrived on time but there was still nothing from Cyclepartsnation. I tried calling repeatedly but kept getting busy signals, or cut off after waiting over an hour on hold. I finally got through to someone on 5/23 who said my order would be shipped THAT DAY. She told me I would receive tracking info on it by email. I waited the week and received nothing. I called the second their phones opened on 5/29 and was told I was #7 in line with a 7-minute wait time. 45 minutes later the system cut off my call just as before. I kept trying and trying until finally I got through to a guy in Parts who said he had a line of people standing in front of him and didn't have time to deal with me at the moment. He started telling me about how Cycle Parts Nation was different from his work but was able to see my order on his computer screen. I didn't care about the company's internal structure issues - I just wanted my order that I paid for over a month ago. He said he'd call me back in about an hour. Whoever owns this company must not give a rat's **** about integrity."

"Ordered parts, immediately received order confirmation with expected delivery date range from the 4th of the month to the 14th of the month. Order status was "in process." Company charged my credit card immediately upon placing the order. After waiting beyond first expected date with no change in status, I called the company. After waiting 20 minutes (Their expected wait time was 5 minutes), I hung up. Send an email. Then over the next two to three days send another two emails. No response. Called the company again when last delivery date range was near. order status still "in-Process". When I called the number, Verizon said the number was invalid. Called my credit card company. No am waiting for resolution. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE NOT ETHICS!!"
