"We ordered parts for our polaris by putting in the make, model, year and used the diagram that came up to get the exact parts. Parts took over 2 weeks to get to us and they were not even close to the right parts. Nothing had the polaris logo. I called to see about a refund and they gave me a sheet to send the parts back. I called to ask about shipping and they said since we ordered the wrong parts they would not issue a shipping label. I told them we ordered the parts that were specified in the diagram and they said we should have called with the VIN number to get the correct parts. Then why even have an online option? It costs $135 to ship the parts back to them and then when they gave us a credit they charged a restocking fee. The two women that I spoke to were not helpful and were rude. They acted like my questions were an inconvenience to them. DO NOT ORDER PARTS FROM CYCLE NATION! "

"aka ZIEGLER MOTORSPORTS. This is simply the worst business! They screwed up my order multiple times. I had to email, call, and text several times just to find status of order. I finally got one person to respond to an email. Several items were backordered. After weeks of waiting, I canceled 3 items. One week later they sent 2 items anyway. It took 2 weeks to get a return authorization. Then, I had to pay the shipping cost and a restocking fee...all because they obviously can't properly run a business. I should've researched this place b4 making any purchases. Avoid this place!!!"
"I made an online order and after a few days - not getting an notification of shipping called them to see what the delay was - i was told the parts would not be available for 30 days - so i told the rep to cancel the order and they said they would - then a month later i receive a email saying the parts is being shipped - i immediately called them- and have had to call them 4 times – you will have to wait on the phone is 20 mins or more – no call back service option - I’m having to call my credit card serves to cancel this order - these people do not care about their customers and have horrible service - they are actually a company called Zeigler Motorsports – so I called then and got even worse response from they – do yourself a favor do not deal with these people"
