After a few phone calls and emails, all of my issues with refunding my money were resolved satisfactorily. I can confirm that a credit to my credit card account of over $2,500 is in process. Sadly, I don't think that this would have ever been resolved if I had not written the original negative reviews. However after Travis was on the case, I felt like I was listened to and the company was committed to doing the right thing.
