The carrier should be calling you at 404-****-xxxx to schedule an appointment for delivery shortly, if they have not already done so. The estimated date of delivery for the bed, according to the tracking number 165622265, is for today (March 7). Although no delivery will be made until they schedule an appointment with you first. We have reached out to the carrier on a couple of different occasions asking for an update on the delivery but have yet to receive a response.
Unfortunately I do not have any further information on when the delivery of your bed will be made.

Update to review: Bed ordered 2/22, bed delivered 3/10 after I wrote a bad review and received a call, I finally got a call from the delivery company and we scheduled delivery for the same week. Cymax did reach out to me and even offered a discount, which was appreciated but declined since the condition was to revise my review.
3/12 - Saturday - Pulled out all parts to confirm I had everything needed to put my bed together. Two of 4 wooden leg pieces are missing along with 4 of the 8 C bolts needed for those two parts. Bed is attractive and I really ripped apart both boxes wishing, hoping, praying the parts were there because I have now waited weeks to sleep in a bed and not on a mattress on the floor. Unfortunately Cymax has no customer service on the weekends and even the extension of the guy who called won't work weekends to leave a message so I have all the parts lying in my room and the very 1st step of assembly (wooden legs) cannot be accomplished. I understand I may be able to login to the website and report the pieces missing, but clearly unless I find these pieces somewhere in my area, I will be another several days to a week without a bed. "
"This company is probably great if the product you order arrives undamaged and as it was advertised.
HOWEVER, if there is anything wrong with your item at all, be prepared to be screwed over by this company. I ordered a dresser for my newborn who is due in a few weeks. The dresser arrived damaged, though I did not see the damage until I had pretty much finished putting it together. The process to get this company to even respond has been ridiculous. When they did respond, they were unable to figure out what they sold me and replace the part. Their compensation options were that I could either have $30 back (for a dresser I paid over $200 for) and keep a damaged dresser, or I should donate the dresser (so they could get a tax refund) and then they would refund me - and I'd still have to find a new dresser.
All in all, my experience with this company has been probably the worst for customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did they send a damaged product and offer pretty bad options for refund, I had to follow up with them multiple times for weeks before even getting a response (and to this day I still have not gotten a replacement part, refund, or confirmation for a partial refund) about what they would do for the damaged item they sent me.
All in all, BEWARE. "

"I am a little disappointed with this desk. First off it took over almost 2 hours to get the legs on. The first one went on fine, the second was very hard. The holes for the screws were not lined up correctly. It was very frustrating. Overall the desk is nice but I expected more. The drawers do not open and close as smoothly as other furniture that I've bought, even my Ikea drawers are much smoother. I have to say my disappointment is not with Cymax, more with the furniture company. Cymax provided very quick service and delivery."
