"On December 7, I ordered two pieces of furniture as a Christmas gifts. To be sure I place an order over the phone. Those two pieces were in stock, so I was not worry. This some day I got confirmation email with the shipping days. The latest should be done on December 23, 2015. December 9 got email from cymax that they lost my shipping address information ( how come, just check emails, there is all info, specially they have my email address) This should be an alarm for me . But no, I was waiting until December 20. I call there every second day, They are giving wrong information, not able to check the status of the order. January 3, 2015 got a bill from my credit card to pay!!!! Called again, spoke with "manager" he promised me to send me an email with compensation discount. Nothing happened again!!! Lies, lies, lies. Ha, ha, ha, you wish. You will never seen my money. If they don't know the Christmas is gone. Embarrassing for me, situation unacceptable at all!!! "

"Great selection a little overpriced but they have whatever you want. My first desk order had two damaged pieces and we called the manufacturer as directed and we had replacements in two days. The only complaint I have is that I saw the desk on sale on Facebook and they would not honor the price when I went to order it saying it was an old price from August and they aren't responsible due to cookies etc.That is no good business practice and seems quite unethical and the customer service rep I spoke with was curt and rude."
