"it took me almost 30 minutes to pick up a part that I ordered online and was notified that it was ready to be picked up. I arrived at 9:30 AM, the parts guy was not there. Somebody from the maintenance team helped me but it took 30 minutes. I am not going there again."

"I basically ordered a part from their website, was told the part should arrive in 3-4 days at checkout. After one week, no email, no phone about the order status. I called, left voice messages, no callback. So I decided to go there after one week to pick up. Nobody really seems willing to help me. I waited and finally talked to a guy that I was here to pick up. He noted down my order number, and called the part department. I was told the part will be sent to me after the parts guy finished his work. Waited 10 more minutes, no update, talked to another person in the front office, he promised to help and again asked me to wait . After another 10-15 minutes, finally the parts came over to me, just to tell me my order was delayed. What a waste of time and gas!"

"Order contained coolant, atf, and air and oil filters all packed together in one box with little extra space. Opened box and thought one oil filter, cartridge type, was missing from order. Found it underneath atf bottle (???!!!) and, as feared, the cartridge was somewhat deformed. One cabin air filter also deformed - could not tell if it was that way from warehouse or damaged in shipping. Emailed customer service and called (no answer, left message) and as yet no reply after 3 weeks. The parts may be fine, but once the sale is made what happens next, packing and shipping and customer service, seems of no concern to them.
Prices are decent and I have ordered from them before once or twice with no problems, but I don't recall any of those items being filters or similar, so not the same level of possible damage there (that order otherwise had same heavier type items, coolant and atf, like this order did)."

"I usually get all my parts from DCH and happy over-all but this last order failed big time. I placed an order for my 2009 Highlander damper, electric P/S to find out it didn’t exist on my model. Can you imagine how my stomach dropped after dropping my steering column to find out it didn’t use this $7 part?? I really wish they double checked my VIN against the part # I had order so I wouldn’t have wasted 6 hours of my day. Thanks!!"

"I waited for quite a bit of time to simply pick up a paid-for part. The service advisor's were standing around talking to each other about nothing to do with business. Can't people chip in and help each other? It's called team work. Maybe you should insist they put there cell phones down and work."
