Parts damaged

"I called confirming the parts arrived. After I arrived to DCH Brunswick Toyota, I was told the parts was damaged and they will reorder the parts. So far I have not heard the parts is ready for pick up yet."

Horrible experience

"Horrible and Unhelpful. parts department guy was not ready to listen any of my concerns just because you bought parts online and not through the dealership store. I hope the manager takes a look at how the employees are dealing with customers. I would definitely hesitate to recommend this place. "

Horrible packing, no response from customer service

"Order contained coolant, atf, and air and oil filters all packed together in one box with little extra space. Opened box and thought one oil filter, cartridge type, was missing from order. Found it underneath atf bottle (???!!!) and, as feared, the cartridge was somewhat deformed. One cabin air filter also deformed - could not tell if it was that way from warehouse or damaged in shipping. Emailed customer service and called (no answer, left message) and as yet no reply after 3 weeks. The parts may be fine, but once the sale is made what happens next, packing and shipping and customer service, seems of no concern to them.

Prices are decent and I have ordered from them before once or twice with no problems, but I don't recall any of those items being filters or similar, so not the same level of possible damage there (that order otherwise had same heavier type items, coolant and atf, like this order did).

Wrong part for my VIN

"I usually get all my parts from DCH and happy over-all but this last order failed big time. I placed an order for my 2009 Highlander damper, electric P/S to find out it didn’t exist on my model. Can you imagine how my stomach dropped after dropping my steering column to find out it didn’t use this $7 part?? I really wish they double checked my VIN against the part # I had order so I wouldn’t have wasted 6 hours of my day. Thanks!!"

Slow Service

"I waited for quite a bit of time to simply pick up a paid-for part. The service advisor's were standing around talking to each other about nothing to do with business. Can't people chip in and help each other? It's called team work. Maybe you should insist they put there cell phones down and work."

Good products Bad service at counter

"Great place to purchase OEM parts at reasonable rates but the current state of their onsite pick up is pretty bad. I had to wait over 40 min to pick up one small part that was ordered online.

They need to do a better job of planning their renovations or redirect Service advisors to assist the parts counter. There were 5 advisors on computers with no customers present while I was required to wait until an available parts counter tech could retrieve my order.
