"Four days ago I placed an online order for brake pads to be picked up from DCH Brunswick Toyota nothing special. Here we are four days later and no communications from DCH. I sent an email checking on my order and got NO reply. I called them to see if I the order is ready for pick up and they said no and will notify once ready. If they can't fulfill such a small order in 4 days how can I trust them with bigger orders. Toyota service and quality is going down the drain."
