"I called and spoke to a representative who was friendly and pretty helpful, He stated he could get the part the next day for MSRP. I asked him to match the posted online price at his dealership, around $80 lower than he quoted. He said he could not. I asked him if he was the one that would process the online order and he said "Probably". This seemed silly, but I took his word that it was structured that way so I placed the order online on a Monday night between 9 and 10 pm. This would put the order in the parts department's hands by Tuesday AM so I figured it would be ready on Wednesday PM for pickup. An email was sent confirming the order with a phone number and email provided for follow-up. So I followed up on Wednesday afternoon by phone and a gruff and unhelpful man answered. He was irritated that I called and said I would get an email when it was ready. Meanwhile, this survey email was sent at 10pm on Wednesday. I waited all Thursday with still no updates. Now it is Friday, 2 days later than quoted, and still no communication but an order confirmation and this survey. "
"Was given wrong part initially so had to make the pick up trip twice. On top of it I was told that the wrong part was correct and does fit my 2017 Camry. When I told the person it does not fit, even after trying it, I was instead told that I ordered the incorrect part! I have ordered items from this place for the past 1.5 years based on my VIN number and never had this issue before. I am not sure what wrong on the receptionist's part but I am satisfied because at the end I was given the part that fits my car."
