"This company needs to follow the advice on their own homepage, "Customers and companies both need to trust the people with whom we do business." I ordered a product from their website that had the wrong image associated with it. Instead of replying with "we're sorry" they proceeded to argue with me about model numbers, going so far as to take pictures of their warehouse to "prove" I was wrong. After sixteen email exchanges back and forth over a couple days, they finally admitted their error. I understand that mistakes are made, and can even understand that it may take a few emails back and forth to clarify an issue, but I cannot understand how a company can be so rude and condescending and expect to retain customers. In the end, I received no compensation for their mistake--all they did was charge me their eBay price for the product instead of the normal website price. Big deal. Read some of the other negative reviews of this company, and how they reply--most likely with something like "First ever negative review, the customer must be an idiot!" or similar--despite there being a long history of bad reviews. It's dishonest, and I won't be doing business with them again."

"Dear Idiot, that answered my earlier review. Please get your information correct before opening your mouth. Your company only shipped me 1 item after collecting money for 2. If you had done your research you would of realized this and offered an apology. I spoke with one of your incompetent co workers today via email that indicated you only had the 1 in stock but yet your system took the payment for 2 and sent me a invoice stating 2 would be shipped. That person only resolution was to refund me back the money, instead of answered the simple question of when will I receive the second item. Again, another reason y your company customer service leaves much to be desired. Now that I have gotten this out the way simpleton, I will ask you the same simple questions - When will I received the item that your company has already taken payment for? Will I receive a tracking number? I will tell you the same as the person I spoke with today,if u can't answer these questions, cancel the item from being shipped and refund me back my money immediately with the stupid signature charge i paid for the receipt of 2 items not one. Please do not reply with some washed up answer, for I will take this issue to every avenue willing to hear of my experience with your company. "

"I have to say in the end I was impressed by DJDeals' service. I had some issues at first with my address not being applicable with UPS (now I know.), as well as a shipping address that never showed up. This all delayed my item and created a little havoc in my order getting shipped. I had to contact DJDeals (by email only), and got a little anxious seeing other people having issues with communication with DJDeals.com. I just made sure my emails were polite, detailed & concise (basics of any email communication, but it tends to get forgotten). DJDeals.com were always VERY quick to reply, were also polite and helpful. They ended up finding out where my package had defaulted, re-routed it, and it finally got to me. I appreciate their concern in making sure I received my package, and would shop from them again."

"I purchased an Odyssey Case. I was impressed with their price! The shipping date posted was way off. The internet said that my case was in-stock and would take 3 days, which is one of the reasons I ordered it. Turns out it wasn't in and had to ship from Califronia it took 2 1/2 weeks. It's a great product and I was glad they did ship it. I didn't like that I couldn't call and talk to anyone. Best price, however, sometimes you're paying for customer service and we all like great customer service of which I didn't get. I think they are able to offer the best price because you have to trust. I am glad it shipped and I didn't lose my money but they were not everything they said they were. Overall a D grade.

"I have had nothing but negative experiences with this company. I refuse to recommend it to anyone. In fact friends of mine that inquire about DJ gear are advised by me against DJ Deals.

My most recent experience is as follows:

I ordered headphones and paid extra for rush order processing. My headphones even though I paid extra did not get shipped until over a week later. During the week I was waiting for them to be shipped I decided to order from a different retailer. After emailing DJdeals.com and telling them to cancel my order the did not do so in fact the continued to ship my order and charge my card.

Just to put things into perspective I ordered the same headphones from amazon and they shipped 1 hour after the order was placed and I didn't have to pay an extra $10 for "rush-order processing"

To put it simply this company has the worst customer support I have ever encountered. Any people that think about purchasing from this company should do otherwise and not waste their time and money.
