"Beware, these guys don't respond to questions in emails and are bad communications when things go wrong or are not in stock. They dont have a listed phone number for a reason. so you cant ring them after they dont reply to emails.
After following all the written instructions on their web site for international shipping to australia they got it all wrong. Even though my invoice clearly says $100 shipping & the cost of the goods they were telling me that i need to pay additional freight. But wait they processed the CC payment on the 1st April, what about their Policy of only taking money when goods are shipped. Even after they bought this to my attention they still couldnt and wouldnt tell me the additional costs involved, no additional paperwork was ever sent.
Lets see i used their web site & their checkout using the prices that their web sites calculates. If you didnt charge enough shipping thats not my error but yours.
I sent over 12 emails with only 4 so called responces, that didnt answer any of my concerns or detailed questions i asked of them
So after paying for the order on 1st April, today being the 25th June i have cancelled my order and now i need to chase my $$$$ and purchases from others.
i'm going to USA in august and i will personally go the the street address and tell these dishonest & useless company exactly what i think of service.
I will tell the world as i visit 5 countries on my International DJ tour.
They don't deserve any star ratings at all and read on, i'm not the only international customer they have upset."

My review stands. I did not in fact receive that email from the manufacture and that's not your fault. Honestly, what's the point of paying the extra fee if the manufacture will decide to take that long anyway?? It's like buying next day shipping only to get it in a week. Maybe you should crack the whip on them and tell them to make it snappy. Regardless, I can't blame Ultrasone because they did not handle the transaction of my order, so here's where the review goes. 18 business days was the exact number and that's just unreal."
"I ask all shipments to be shipped NO Signature Required when ever possible because of this issue with UPS and their drivers.
Since DJ Deals Ignored or didn't allow comments on my order and Required a signature upon delivery, the UPS driver, Clarence, did not leave ANY of my shipments today. I was at home with my car in my space sitting here waiting on my shipment because I noticed this one was signature required. No actual delivery attempt was made, no knock at the door, the doorbell was not run, the non signature package was not left. I have been delayed another entire day work of work."
